Each person has unique anatomy. These guides are helpful references as to what sizes are common and how we measure.

Common sizes:

Lobe: 16g 6mm labret post.

Helix: 18g 6mm helix post or 18g 8mm ring.

Tragus: 18g 6mm helix post or 18g 7mm ring.

Daith: 16g 8mm ring.

Conch: 16g 6mm labret post or 16g 10mm ring.

Nostril: 18g 6mm helix post or 18g 8mm ring.

Septum: 16g 8mm ring.

Lip: 16g 8mm stud or ring.

Measure your

Diameter

With the diameter of the hoops, we measure the distance across the widest part.

Most common size for a nostril is 18g 8mm.

Measure your

Length & Gage

For length, we measure the post. For gage we measure the width of the post.

Most common for lobes would be 16g 6mm labret. Most common for a helix would be 18g 6mm helix post.

Measure

Keep it simple, consider the most common sizes or use a ruler to measure. If you have earrings you already wear that are a great fit, measure them.
